This fabulous vintage Furisode
has a design of auspicious motifs - shou-chiku-bai(auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom), kiku(chrysanthemum), tachibana(mandarin orange), and adorable child with takara-dukushi(treasure assortment) pattern, which is colorfully dyed.
With its dynamic design, it's a eye-catchy piece!
Fine embroidery work is added on parts of the colorful pattern.
Textile is exquisite silk with woven large Sayagata pattern, and has soft touch.
Collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
It has a dyed kamon(family crest) on the nape.
It might be un-picked and re-tailored the length of the sleeves.
Beside small stains as the figure shown, discoloration and patinas can be seen on the base due to its old age.
Especially discoloration on the upper parts of the narrow front panels is prominent(C).
Some of the embroidered threads are becoming loose(J) as well.

Although not indicated, the streaks remain because it might have been extended its size of sleeve to sleeve.
While some mending seems to be needed, this item still enjoyable with its retro atmosphere for the real vantage fan!
