This is a retro vintage Meisen
Kimono with various lattice on 'kiredori'(overlapping fabric scraps) pattern, which is woven.
Its color usage is distinctive and impressive.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft and smooth touch.
The lapel is bachi-eri(folded collar) and sleeve length is long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
'Douura' (upper lining) is cotton and hakkake (lower part of lining) is muslin.
Patinas on left side seam (E) are prominent, but patinas and discoloration (C) are slight.
Holes and seams can be seen such as on both cuff, hakkake (lower part of lining) and hem. (B and D)
It has a wear.
Lining has flaws such as slight discoloration.
Please check detail photos.
However, if these flaws do not bother you, the Kimono can be worn!
