This glamorous vintage Nagoya obi
has an adorable 'peony' (botan) motif, which is finely embroidered.
Textile is glossy shusu silk, and it soft touch.
The obi has one side patterned at the front part when it is tied.
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), Maegara will show.
(A) is a mark of stapler.
Threads of embroidered parts are slightly fluffing, because of frays.
Please check detail photos.
Discoloration can be seen on embroidered parts of otaiko and maegara( front patterned part), although it's not mentioned on the sheet and picture.
Please enjoy its embroidered beautiful design!
