This is a graceful Irotomesode
kimono with a design of 'kasumi'(mist), 'sakura'(cherry blossom), 'kiku'(chrysanthemum), 'ume'(Japanese plum) and 'karabana'(imaginary flower in China) arabesque, which is dyed.
Main parts are embroidered with gracefully shining threads.
Hakkake (lower part of lining) also has the dyed design.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The lapel is hiro-eri(unfolded) and it is hand sewn one.
It has a dye kamon.
Patinas and stains can be seen, as figure shows.
(B) is a quite slight light bluish color stain.
Stains of back bodice part are similar to (C).
'Douura' (upper lining) is slightly discolored.
Also, there are smudges.
Please check detail photos.
It seems not to be suitable to wear at formal occasions, because of rather prominent stains.
However, please enjoy its gorgeous design!
