This is a graceful Houmongi
Kimono with Tsujigahana
on cloud pattern, which is dyed with shibori(tie-dye) technique with soft colors.
This item seems to be sewn by Takitai, one of the famous Japanese kimono maker.
Though it has a stamp of Takitai, it seems to be mistakenly stamped upside down.
Textile is exquisite soft silk and has bumpy touch.
Collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
There is a stamp of the designer's signature on the upper okumi(half-width cloth) on the right panel.
Slight discoloration can be seen on the both back and front(B).
As the figure shown, it has brownish stains and patinas in places.
Discoloration(E) on the lining is slight.
There are some other flaws such as smudges.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
It's difficult to determine if this is wearable or not, but please enjoy this graceful piece.
