This gorgeous Fukuro obi
has flowers such as kiku(chrysanthemum), Paulownia, and Karabana(imaginary Chinese flower) pattern, which is woven with shiny gold foiled thraeds.
'Raden'(design in mother-of-pearl inlay) is added partly of the pattern and shined fantastically.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Folding lines remain slightly.

The coating on gold metallic threads used on raden of the otaiko(square bow) is becoming loose(3rd photo of the right row).
Its golden thread have not coming off completely yet, but it possibly come off while you are wearing.
However, it will not so prominent even if its golden threads come off completely.
