This is a Nagoya obi
with cheerful sakura 'cherry blossom' pattern, which is woven.
This piece is woven by Tatsumura, one of the most famous obi weavers.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
It has slight discoloration and patinas on Otaiko pattern and Tare end.
It also has small pin holes from basting stitches.
It has some other flaws, such as smudge, as shown on photos.
It also has slight folding lines. (sorry no photos)
This is a very charming piece of Tatsumura!
