This is a tasteful Oshima Tsumugi
kimono with traditional 'Karabana' (imaginary flower in China) on 'kiredori'(overlapping fabric scraps) pattern and 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum) arabesque on asanoha'(hemp leaf) pattern, which are woven with double ikat technique.
Textile is Tsumugi
silk and has light and smooth touch, which is the feature of Oshima Tsumugi
It has basting stitches and seems just been cleaned.
As the figure shown, it has snags on the front side.
Lining has patinas, slight discoloration and tiny stains such as by snap(A).
Though it has some flaws, any of them is not conspicuous for wearing and enjoyable for casual use.

Please enjoy the gorgeous and comfortable design.
