This is a magnificent Tsume-Tsuzure Nagoya obi
with oshidori(mandarin duck), matsu(pine tree), and botan(peony) pattern, which is colorfully woven.
Textile is exquisite thick silk, which has special kind of comfortable and medium touch of Tsume tsuzure

One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed.
It also has "HATSURIKOU" (small gap in the boundaries of colors), which is the distinctive feature of Tsume tsuzure
Maegara(front patterned part) is in one side.
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), Maegara will show.
It is sewn as matsuba-shitate, and belt part is folded tightly.
There are a few reddish stains on the otaiko(square bow) area, but not prominent even it's tied.
It seems unused without folding lines.
