This is a graceful Houmongi
kimono with blue ajisai(hydrangea) design, which are dyed on the beautiful ombre dyeing patterned background.
Worm-eaten holes which are typical marks of Kaga-Yuzen style of Itome-Yuzen technique can be seen on its pattern.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The lapel is hiro-eri(wide lapel).
There is a name of dyer on the right front panel.
Besides slight wear, tiny stains(C) can be seen on the left front.
Dyestuff(D) does not disturbing.
