This is a casual Tsume tsuzure Nagoya obi
with a design of earthenware, which is woven.
Its vibrant color usage is impressive.
One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed. It has special kind of comfortable and thick touch of Tsume tsuzure
The obi has one side patterned at the front part when it is tied.
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), Maegara will show.
It doesn't have a sense of use and it seems to be unworn one.
However, wrinkles can be seen on hem. It seems that warp yarns shrink. The flaw on maegara( front patterned part) is also disturbing.
There is no flaw figure, but please check at the upper left of jag of last photo.
This piece can be used extensively depending on a type of kimonos you choose!
