This tasteful Komon
kimono has classical motifs of ume(plum blossom), kikyo(Japanese bellflower), and botan(peony) in 'yukiwa' (snow crystals) pattern, which are dyed.
Elegant kiku(chrysanthemum) arabesque is designed horizontally which give it lovely impression.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The lapel is hiro-eri(wide lapel).
Besides noticeable wear(A), it has large blurred stain(E) on the right chest but not so prominent because of the base color.
Dry stain(C) can be seen on the left collar as well.
The fabric of douura(upper lining) is getting weak and has fray like (G) and could be easily increase similar flaws in the future.
There are some other flaws such as discoloration.

It's difficult to determine if this is wearable or not because the fabric of douura(upper lining) is getting weak.
However, it is still a enjoyable piece with its classical atmosphere.
