This is an elegant Nagoya obi
with fuyo(mallow rose) and stream pattern, which are woven with shiny metallic coated threads on the dark colored background.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft and glossy touch.
It has snag(A) on the otaiko(square bow).
Though the figure says it's snag, it has uneven lines of weaving(2nd photo) on the lower otaiko(square bow).
Smudge like streak can be seen on a side of maegara(front pattern) even though the figure says wrinkles(C).
When you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), it will show.
There are some other flaws such as slight whitish flaw(B) on tesaki and folding lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
It's still tie-able enough with very good condition if you don't mind those small flaws.
Please enjoy this elegant piece by coordinating with Tsukesage
