This vintage girl's kimono has ume (Japanese apricot), kiku (chrysanthemum) and arrow pattern, which is dyed.
Textile is very soft 'monkinsha'(fine crepe with damask effect) silk and it has woven Takara
pattern on its base.
Lapel is bachi-eri (folded lapel), and the sleeves are long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
Thin cotton is added inside the bottom.
It has large stains on the left front panel around the waist, and they look like discolorations. (C)
There are prominent smudges on crease of the right shoulder part. (A)
It has line-shaped frays on the back side around the bottom. (H)
Please see more photos and a figure for other flaws.
We would like you to enjoy the lovely design of its old age.
