This is a casual Tsumugi Nagoya obi
'karabana'(imaginary flower in China) pattern, which is rouhgly woven.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft, but rather nubby touch.
It has strong smell of mold due to its age.
Also patinas are seen overall though they blend with the base color. Especially ones on 'maegara' (front patterned part) are prominent (1st photo).
There are some other flaws such as discolorations.

We can't say it is in very good condition, but it must be wonderful handicraft material or interior decor!
