This is a fabulous Houmongi
kimono with graceful 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) and lovely paddy bird design, which are elegantly dyed with Kaga-yuzen technique.
It's a wonderful example of gem with the beauty of life the moment seems to be fugacious.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The lapel is hiro-eri(wide lapel).
There is a stamp of the designer's signature.
Though the stain(B) on the left front is slight, it's discolored overall noticeably(A).
It also has prominent patinas(C) on the back side where 7cm(3in) above from uchiage(re-sewed the length), but it won't be outstanding with obi.
