This is a solid Susohiki kimono.
Susohiki lieterally means `trail the skirt' and this particular kimono is much longer than other kimono. This is worn to do the elegant dance with a folding fan in the Japanese style drawing room.
Textile is chirimen(crepe) silk, and it has soft and textured touch.
Two silk rolls (21.2m) are luxuriously used for sewing this item.
Hiyoku (another layer of lining) and 'hakkake' (lower part of lining) are attached.
Bottom is lightly padded with cotton, and it is worn with the bottom trailing along the floor.
Besides small stains (B,D) on the bottom of the back and on the right chest, there are patinas on kamon part (E).
There are some other flaws such as smudges.
Please see more photos and a figure for other flaws.
It will be still enjoyable for sure!
