This is a lovely Nagoya obi
with auspicious motifs of 'shou-chiku-bai'(auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) in 'kikko'(tortoise shell), which is dyed with shibori(tie-dyed) technique on the vermilion red background.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft and bumpy touch.
As the figure shown, it has discoloration on the white patterned area and stains on the wrong side.
Any of those flaws won't be disturbing for wearing.
