This is a vintage susohiki kimono, which was once worn by a Geisha.
Susohiki literally means `trail the skirt' and this particular kimono is much longer than other kimono.
This item have been worn to do the elegant dance with a folding fan in the Japanese style drawing room.
It has lovely ume (Japanese apricot) and kiku (chrysanthemum) motifs, which are dyed.
Textile is soft rinzu silk with woven 'kikko' (tortoise shell) pattern, which emerges by the degree of light.
Lapel is hiro-eri (wide lapel).
It has several prominent stains on the left front panel, and patinas are seen on the white patterned parts.
Therefore, it has a worn-out feeling.
Please see more photos and a figure for other flaws such as slight discolorations on its base.
Though, it has some flaws, we would like you to enjoy this tasteful design of its old age.
