This is a vintage Houmongi
with retro 'sasa'(bamboo grass) and 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) motifs, which are dyed.
Main parts of left front panel are embroidered.
'Kasumi'(mist) pattern is woven with gold and silver foil threads and they are modestly shining.
Textile is kinsha (fine crepe) silk and has soft and comfortable touch.
The lapel is bachi-eri(folded lapel) and sleeve length is long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
It has rather prominent discolorations on creases such as on both shoulders, both arms and center seam parts. (F)
There are other flaws such as rather slight stains on left front panel. (C)
Please check detail photos.
If these flaws do not bother you, the kimono could be
worn on vintage obis!
