This is a Nagoya obi
with a mysterious ellipse design, which is dyed.
Textile is silk and called 'hige-tsumugi' - weft yarns come out like 'hige'(beard) and has soft touch.
There is a name of the dyer bottom of otaiko part.
It has flaws such as slight stains on tesaki part. (around uneven lines of weaving part) (the 2nd flaw photo)
However, they are not disturbing for wearing.
Also, smudges as figure shows are slight.
