This is a primitive Nagoya obi
with thatched roof house, stream, 'botan' (peony) and 'sasa' (bamboo leaf) motifs, which are dyed.
Textile is silk with damask effect(rinzu) and has soft touch.
Photo A, it is shown as a stain in the figure, but actually, it is not a flaw, but a dye. (also refer 10th overall photo)
There is also same kinds black dye in 'otaiko' (square bow part) patterned part (refer 4th overall photo).
However, we would like you to enjoy them as a taste of dye.
There is a slight stain above otaiko, but it may be hidden when you tie this piece. (refer 1st flaw photo)
It has some other flaws.
