This is a warm pale pink Fukuro obi
with unique 'Arisugawa' (stylized deer) pattern, which is woven.
It is woven by Kawashima Orimono. Co, one of the most famous obi weavers.
Both ends are open, and it does not have a stiff lining inside.
To complete as a wearable obi, additional $50-$60 is needed.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft and comfortable touch.
Flaw A is a discoloration, and the one on the blank part may be disturbing.
Discoloration is also seen on both sides of Maegara, but not disturbing for wearing.
Stain B will not be seen if you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise),
It has a few snags in places, but they are all very tiny.
A needle hole is near Tesaki end, but when finished with lining inside, it may not be spotted.
