This antique fukusa has wonderful embroidery of Jugyu-zu
The 6th scene of finding the bull and riding it home is elaborately embroidered.
It seems to be from late Edo period(1603-1867).
Unfortunately, because of its old age, the black embroidery yarns are gone here and there.
It also has discoloration and a repaired tear.
As for other damages, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
