This is a silver fukuro obi with alluring mist with flowers pattern, which is woven colorfully in the shiny silver background.
Textile is tsuzure silk and has rather stiff touch.
It seems not to be tied, but there are discolored bands along the folding lines.
There are also stains, but they are slight.
However, the discolored band will be seen around maegara(front patterned part) part.
