This is a lovely vintage nagoya obi with pleasant kiku (chrysanthemum) and cloud pattern dyed.
A few mums in the otaiko (square bow) area are embroidered.
Textile is a kind of crepe silk, and it's soft.
It is jointed above the otaiko part.
Thin and very soft lining is used inside the narrow belt part.
Being old, discoloration is rather spread with age.
Also, noticeable smudges can be seen along the side edges from the otaiko (square bow) area into the narrow belt part.
The wide tare part is jointed above the otaiko area.
