This is a dainty shining silver
tsume tsuzure opened nagoya obi.
It has genteel horizontal stripes in ellipse pattern, which is elaborately woven with tsume tuzure technique.
One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed.
It has special kind of comfortable and rather stiff touch of
tsume tsuzure silk.
It is well tied and the folding lines from tesaki to 'maegara'(front patterned part) are very prominent.
It seems to be slightly discolored all over.
It is difficult to say whether it is wearable or not.
Please check detail photos.
