This is a summer vintage nagoya obi with impressive red and white 'kumihimo'(tasseled cord)pattern, which is exquisitely embroidered.
Eye-filling ginkoma embroidery work is used partly.
Textile is transparent ro and it has soft and glossy touch.
'Maegara'(front patterned part) is in both sides.
It has stains in the otaiko (the second flaw photo).
The stitches in the left side of tare are coming loose.
There are discolorations in the background and especially, above part of maegara is disturbing.
It has other flaws.
