This is a kimono fabric cut into
irotomesode shape and stitched roughly before sewing to make Irotomesode.
Kimono is made of a bolt of cloth which is 14.2" in width.
Classical designs are dyed in its 'kikko'(tortoise shell) pattern.
Golden kimkoma threads outlining its pattern add much luxuriousness to this item.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft smooth touch.
Unfortunately, it has rather prominent discoloration as the figure shown.
Please refer the photos and sheet for other flaws and details.
Please enjoy this wonderful piece for your handicraft work.
*You need a lining fabric to sew
irotomesode from this fabric.
And sewing
irotomesode is very difficult, and it is a work for professionals.
