This is a lovely vintage maru obi with wonderful shippou-tsunagi pattern in the both sides, which is dyed with shibori technique.
Textile is silk with damask effect (rinzu) of check pattern, and it also has dot-in-diamond pattern of shibori(tie-dye).

It has some prominent stains and it is discolored at places.
It has some other flaws as photos and figure show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
