This is a genteel zentsu (fully patterned) fukuro obi.
Classical 'Arisugawa' (stylized deer) pattern is woven with urushi lacquered threads against its deep wine red background.
Textile is silk, and it has soft touch.
There's no stiff lining inside.
There is no noticeable flaw and so it's in excellent condition.
