This is a pleasant vintage summer kimono.
Waterside scenery is dyed across the panels.
'Jakago' (gabion baskets) are set on the bank, and the colorful oval hagi (bush clover) leaves drooping down from the shoulder add prettiness.
The ivory gradation through the back looks like a cascade which makes you feel cool and bracing air.
Textile is hira-ro, plain-woven silk with horizontal see-through lines.
It has soft and smooth touch.
Lapel is bachi-eri(folded lapel).
Sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimonos from pre WWII.
Patinas can be seen in places including white parts of the pattern (C, D).
There are some other flaws on this item.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
Overall, it's still in very good condition.
This lovely piece will make wonderful matches with your vintage obi collection.
