This is an elegant susohiki which was worn by a geisha.
Golden mist shapes boldly divide its blue background, and lovely kiku (chrysanthemum) flowers are dyed in the mists.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.
Bottom is lightly padded, and it is worn with the bottom trailing along the floor.

This must have been well worn.
Its blue base has severe discoloration in places, and the wear on the collar is prominent.
The patterned areas are stained and also look rather unevenly colored.

We can't say it is in very good condition, but it must be wonderful handicraft material or interior decor!
