This is a striking black susohiki which was worn by a geisha.

Susohiki literally means `trail the skirt' and this particular kimono is much longer than other kimono.
This is worn to do the elegant dance with a folding fan in the Japanese style drawing room.

Colorfully dyed on its background are large kiku (chrysanthemum) leaves, and other small plant motifs of such as 'shou-chiku-bai'(auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom).
Charming 'misu'(bamboo curtain) can be seen among the plants.
Textile is soft rinzu silk with damask effect of 'sayagata' (arranged swastika) pattern.
Silk hiyoku (another layer of lining) is attached, it has red-white kanoko dot pattern dyed.
The bottom hems are padded.

The white places of the pattern has patinas and look discolored.
There are also some other remarkable flaws including the back discoloration and stains on the lining.

We can't say it is in very good condition, but it must be wonderful handicraft material or interior decor!
