This is a sublime uchikake from around Meiji period (1868-1912).
Its design is so refined with kiri(paulownia) motifs in several different forms only embroidered over the lower bottom.
Its 5 kamon (family crests) embroidered with golden foil threads radiantly shine against the sleek navy background.
Textile is shusu silk, and it's soft and sleek.
Bottom is padded, and it is worn with the bottom trailing along the floor.
Being old, there are some flaws on this item.
However, it's still in very good condition overall.
