This is a fabulous vintage Furisode set.
It includes a Furisode and a juban.

The Furisode has gorgeous pattern of paper fans, clouds and ocean waves dyed so colorfully against the black background.
Its hakkake (lower part of lining) also has the pattern, even though it won't be visible when worn.
There are 3 kamon (family crests) remained undyed.
Textile is a kind of crepe silk and has soft touch.
Lapel is hiro-eri (wide lapel).

Its bright red juban has 'kusudama'(flowers ball) pattern woven in its textile.
Textile is kinsha (fine crepe) silk and has very soft touch.

The Furisode has stains and discoloration from its old age.
Tears and loosened seams can be seen at the armholes.Ž¡Ž¡The lining fabric is weak and may cause more tear in future.
Embroidery threads are coming loose or gone in places.
Tiny holes can be seen about the left cuff.

This seems difficult to be worn anymore.
Still this wonderful piece can be a breathtaking display!
