This is a lovely Furisode set.
It includes a Furisode and a juban (undergarment).

*Furisode*
Pretty kiku (chrysanthemums) are colorfully dyed on this item.
Also, there are kiri(paulownia) and 'genji-guruma' (wheel) motifs woven with metallic coated wefts.
'Kouji-tsunagi' (linked I) pattern is woven in its textile and appear in the elegant shading pink background.
Some of the woven motifs are outlined with kinkoma embroidery.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.

*Juban*
This softly shading juban has 'kiku-tatewaku' (mum in wavy line) pattern woven in its textile.
Textile is silk and has very soft touch.
Lapel is hiro-eri (wide lapel).
This is hitoe (not lined) and has no haneri (collar covering).


The collar, sleeve rims and bottom hem of the juban are a little smudged.
Dyestuff stains can also be seen on this item, though they are faint and not outstanding.

As photo E shows, the bottom of the juban must have been strongly pulled sideways so the fabric became thin and about to tear at the ends of the back and side seams.
