This is a gorgeous Saganishiki fukuro obi.
Butterfly, flowers and 'shokkoumon'( combination of octagon and tetragon patterns) pattern are woven with saganishiki technique. Lots of gold threads are used, and it has exceptionally gorgeous atmosphere.
Textile has soft touch.

It has a rather prominent folding line, snags and frays in the hems. However, as a whole it is in very good condition and can be worn formally.
