This is a graceful fukuro obi with mandarin duck and 'hana karakusa' (flower arabesque) motifs painted.
Mist shapes are also vaguely visible in the mottled background which elegantly shines in restrained gold.
Some parts applied with 'raden'(design in mother-of-pearl inlay) add twinkles.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

It has a few flaws including a folding line and slight frays along the edges.
However, it's still in very good condition and will be perfect on formal occasions.
