This is a wonderful shibori yukata.
Its shibori (tie-dye) pattern of maple leaves floating on streams is freshly dyed in lush green.
It is dyed in Narumi or Arimatsu, famous product center of shibori dyeing.
Textile is cotton and has soft and comfortable touch.

As the photos and the sheet show, it has some flaws including stains.
However, it's still in very good condition overall.
