This is a graceful opened nagoya obi with gold stone path pattern, which is woven in the dark midnight-blue background. Its pattern are on both 'otaiko'(square bow) and maegara (front patterned part) area.
Its 'gagaku'(Japanese traditional dance and music) design is the spectacular scenery- the ship which carries the musician to play music on the pond and the ancient style court carriage, whisper of the heart, seems to hear the music!
Textile is silk and has soft smooth touch.
It has some prominent folding lines. Some part of the gold leafs looks discolored. Please refer the photos and sheet for other flaws and details.
