This is an enchanting kimono from late Showa Period(1926-1989) .
Its unique sarasa (chintz) style pattern continues across the seams.
All the dyeing, weaving and embroidery techniques are used in the pattern.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.
Lapel is hiro-eri (wide lapel).
As the photos and the sheet show, there are prominent discoloration and smudges (B, D).
The left front has noticeable stains shown in photo C.
It has other flaws as well.
