This is a beautiful houmongi, the 18th generation Kanzaburo Nakamura brand, he is a very famous kabuki actor in Japan. Its flame burning and 'sayagata'(arranged swastika) pattern are dyed separately in the chic color of goldenrod background. The motif is designed from 'narukami' story from Kabuki.

Textile is a kind of chirimen (crepe) silk and has soft but a little textured touch.

There is a stamp of the Kabuki actor, Kanzaburo Nakamura's signature.
