This is an alluring nagoya obi
with classical 'kusudama'(flowers ball) pattern woven.
Against the deep brownish background, the pink and gold of the flowers are bright and appealing to the eyes.
Textile silk and jinken (rayon) blend, and it's soft.
The narrow belt part has a large stain vaguely spread, although it won't come outside when tied (B).
Shown in photo A is more like color difference of the black warps rather than a stain.
There are other flaws as well.
