This is an antique maru obi with exotic and mysterious pattern, which is woven.
It is from around Meiji Period(1868-1912) .
Textile has soft and comfortable touch.

The threads in the tare are coming loose, because of frays.
The other flaws are not so disturbing, but textile seems not to strong enough to tie, so please use it as interior decor or handicraft material!
