This is a classy irotomesode in rich blue.
Its bottom has an elegant 'genji-guruma' (wheel) design dyed.
Sakura (cherry blossoms) and kiku (chrysanthemums) on the wheels add a pretty feature to this item.
Neat embroidery is applied onto some parts of the left front.

Textile is soft rinzu silk with damask effect of large 'tachibana' (Japanese green citrus) and hollyhock.
Lapel is hiro-eri (wide lapel).
There 's a kamon (family crest) remained undyed.

This piece seems to have been resewn.
Discoloration D on the left sleeve must have been about the shoulder before the resewing.

It also has prominent wear on the collar.
The left part of the collar also has noticeable stains.
