This is an elegant vintage irotomesode.
Its dyed pattern has half-laid 'misu'(bamboo curtains) and plant motifs.
Various flowers such as camellias and daffodils make up the 'neji-ume' (twisted plum blossom) motifs.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.
Lapel is hiro-eri (wide lapel).
Sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimonos from pre WWII.
There 's 5 kamon (family crests) remained undyed.
There is rather prominent wear on the collar.
Discoloration can be seen on the base.
Discoloration is also spread about the shoulders and especially noticeable on the right shoulder back.
This piece also has other flaws including stains and loosened stitches.
