This is a soothing summer tsukesage houmongi.
Its dyed pattern has light blue streams flowing on the rich blue background.
'Matsukawa-bishi'(pine bark diamonds) are also dyed along with autumnal flowers in themselves.
The diamonds on the left front are outlined with ginkoma embroidery.
Textile is transparent ro silk and has soft touch.
There 's a kamon (family crest) of matsukawa-bishi remained undyed.
The left front and the back has noticeable stains (B,D).
There are other flaws such as prominent wear on the collar.

We can't say it is in very good condition, but it must be wonderful handicraft material or interior decor!
