This is a vintage nagoya obi with an ornate treasure box pattern woven.
The cord flowing downward is so elegant, and the red stripes along the right side add a stylish feature.

Textile is silk, and it's soft.

Discoloration and patinas appeared on the ivory base over time.
Smudges also can be seen along the side edges.
