This is a charming vintage
meisen kimono with modern color paper pattern woven.
Textile seems to be silk and jinken (rayon) blend.
Its lapel is bachi-eri(folded lapel).
The sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimonos from pre WWII.
This piece is hitoe (not lined).
Patinas can be seen on the ivory base.
The upper corner of the right sleeve is seriously torn.
So this is no longer wearable.
Textile may become weak, and tears will increase in future.
Please enjoy this charming item in handicraft work.
